a bit NOISY

limited breakfast noisy rooms

the room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway, especially at night and that was annoying. also, the breakfast buffet, was not great. it was the same food every day, which got old pretty quickly. MORE variety would be Nice.

decent stay

spacious room good breakfast interconnected room room smell late room pool hour

the family room we had was spacious. it consisted of two interconnected rooms and the layout worked well. both rooms included bathrooms! the breakfast spread provided many choices and was quite good.

I requested connecting rooms prior to arrival! we still had to wait when we got there. the room had a smell. It was of improperly washed cloth. you have to walk through the bar to reach the pool and the pool closes early at 7pm.

improperly washed carpet odor

The breakfast buffet WAS good.

I requested adjacent rooms SIX days prior to my stay , but it seems they only checked upon my arrival. Check-in was scheduled for 3pm , but I waited until 4pm, and one room STILL wasn't ready. The room also had an odor of improperly washed carpet.

clean room friendly staff airport drop

The staff provided late check-out. A complimentary shuttle went to Dubai Mall and dropped guests at the airport. The hotel offered a really nice and clean room. Its size worked well. All the staff members were friendly and kind.
